We do not accept returns if you have not followed our care instructions for keeping your shirt durable and lasting.
We offer a 90-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

We are not responsible for items that are not cared for according to our clothing care directions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must be in their original condition

Because of the custom nature of our products:

How do I care for my shirts?

At Honeysuckle Designs Company, we choose only quality you can feel good about ๐ค Our shirts are made using Bella Canvas for a soft, lightweight, relaxed fit and Comfort Colors for a thicker, structured feel with that perfectly lived-in look. To keep your shirt looking beautiful wear after wear, we recommend washing in cold water, turning it inside out, and hanging to dry. If needed, iron around the design (not directly on it) and avoid dry cleaning. A little extra care goes a long way in keeping your piece just as lovely as the day you got it ๐ฆ
Are any purchases final sale?
Custom & Personalized Items
Because each custom and personalized item is made just for you, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a mistake on our part or the item arrives damaged.
When will I get my order?
At Honeysuckle Designs Company, all orders are made with care and shipped out quickly. We proudly offer a 1โ3 day turnaround time to create and prepare your items for shipping. Once your order is ready, the delivery speed will depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Please note that choosing a faster shipping option affects the shipping carrierโs timeframe, not our production time. We work hard to ensure your handmade items reach you as quickly as possible! IF you need a rush on your item, please contact us and with an extra charge of $10 we can turn around your item much more quickly โ Bulk order turnaround time will be negotiated to fit your needs
Where are your products manufactured?
At Honeysuckle Designs Company, we proudly source our blanks, materials, and supplies from trusted American-based companies, supporting businesses here at home. While some of their raw materials may originate outside the USA, every item we create is handmade with care in Oklahoma. From design to final touches, each piece is crafted with attention to detail, quality, and the quality sweetness our brand is known for.
How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping cost will be calculated based on your zip code and weight of your order. You will always be given shipping options at checkout and you can select the best option for you.
