One of my favorite days of the year is hosting friends for Friendsgiving.
Creating a cozy, inviting environment is just another way I think to show them how much they mean to me.
I love to show love by cooking as well. But everyone pitches in so it's a big, yummy meal.
My specialties this year were these: Gouda, Apple, Honey + Thyme Crostini
And a pretty apple pie a la mode!
